- Filing of Annual Returns for LLPs (Form 8, Form 11) and Private Limited Companies (AOC-4) and other forms including ADT-1 for auditor appointment
- Filing of yearly KYC for Directors
- Transfer of shares for members of Private Limited Companies
- Creation of Charge documents and uploading on the MCA portal (www.mca.gov.in)
